Cant create PO Message E SG 105 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTP

Hi Gurus,

I need your help with the next error message in Component SAP SRM Release 700 SP 0013 when SC is in SOCO, the scenario have next steps:

• Create Draft with Purchase Order
• Process all Drafts
• Step 4 is not possible for message " E SG 105 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTP"

This error also happened when executed "Create Purchase Order" in Bid - Response.

Please consider is Extended Classic Scenario
