About price decimals and currencies in SRM 7.0...

Hi experts,

In SRM 7.0, for any PO or Contract item, prices dinamically reflects the specifications of the chosen currency for the document.
To better describe the case, an example. let's say, for instance, that a contract is made for XYZ currency, and that currency specifically support 0 decimals.

Then each price at item level will be rendered in the wd without any decimal; if the user enters a price with decimals, e.g., "10,05" the system returns an error as no decimals are supported by XYZ currency.

I'm wondering if it's possible to obtain the same behaviour for a CUSTOM price field, at header level. Let's call it ZPRICE.

It is typized as a CURR (specifically, WERT8 domain, therefore length 15 and 2 decimals) and references BBPS_CTR_HEADER -> CURRENCY as reference table->field.

I'd like to obtain the same visual logic used for standard prices and therefore, if the chosen currencies supports no decimals, then also the custom price field should be visible without decimals. Is it possible? What could be a nice solution for that?

I tried to investigate a bit the standard abap webdynpro, looking for a conversion routine, but found nothing.

Thanks in advance,

M.
