Can you guys tell me the procedure to replicate the service master (Service category and Service) to SRM system from ECC....
I have created a Service category in ECC and tried replicating that to SRM... but it is not working...
I'm not sure about the Settings and Entries maintained in the table for replicating service master data to SRM...
