Final Notification to Bidders

Hi Experts,

    We are in SRM 7.01 and ECC 6 . In SRM when we try to send the final notification to bidders (i.e, after the responses are accepted/rejected), we are getting a success message as bidders got notified but no email is sent to bidders. Please suggest what config we need to maintain for sending the final notifications to bidders.
