ALE for HRMD_ABA missing data 1001 A209 from ECC to SRM

Hello gurus,

I have been searching for a solution and am hopeful that someone may have some information.  We have been live with SAP and SRM Extended Classic since July 2011.  Recently I've noticed that the ALE iDocs from ECC to SRM for Message Type HRMD_ABA  for People only have this error:  HRALX00_ORG315 Missing Data 1001 A209.

When the initial hire happens in ECC all of the info types are sent to SRM correctly with the 1001 A209, any changes to a PERNR in ECC creates a change pointer, but 1001 A209 is always missing.

Since the 1001 A209 is missing, SRM removes those people from the SRM Org Structure and that user can no longer access any procurement functions; i.e. Shopping Cart creation, shopping cart approval etc.....  They receive the message "Attributes of the user are undefined, PPOMA_BBP"

The CP (PERNR) in SRM exists in HRP1001 however HRP5580 is blank and HRALXSYNC has a relationship error, "Determination of connections to object 'S' and 'CP" xxxxxxxxx failed.

In order to correct the issue I must delete the PERNR/CP from the SRM Database using Program RHRHDL00 and then use PFAL in ECC to Update the Person from ECC to SRM.  PFAL sends all of the info types so the issue is resolved.  However, because SRM creates a new BP for this person, all of their historical documents must be transferred using Program Z_CHANGE_PGUID_002.

I'm hoping this is a configuration setting but I haven't been able to find anything incorrect from the original ALE configuration.  Is there a way to always send the 1001 A209 regards if the hire is new or an action is taken?  I feel like I'm missing something but can't seem to put my finger on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Mary
