Dear guys
I came across an issue that, the workflow was not sending the work-item to the correct email address of the approver. when I further analyzed, I found in ADR6, there are two different address numbers for the same person (BP) and the workflow is NOT choosing the one defined for BP.
Whereas, the workitem is sent to the second email address with another address number and I do not know where from the second address number is coming in ADR6 table (though I'm sure this is not from SU01.)
