Standalone and Extended Classic in same instance

Hi Experts,

We are in process of implementing Standalone and Extended Classic scenario in same instance for SRM 7.02

I do understand as I have to use local product category for standalone & backend product category for extended classic scenario. Also Org structure is going to be designed in two separate nodes to differentiate both scenarios.

I would like to know as how can we achieve this & through which BADI. We already have activated extended classic & now we want to implement Standalone scenario.

Aleem Daya or Mike Halo any help on this.
