We are facing below issues for few RFx's. Need your inputs. When user is click on Create RFx, automatically system would detemine the Purchasing Organisation and Purchasing Group based on the user assignment in the Org Strcuture. Incase if any one of the field didnt pick properly then user won't be able to publish the RFx.
In our case, user is successfully published the RFx as both Purchasing Organisation and Purchasing Group have been populated automatically. Then vendor submitted the response and RFx initiator accepted it. Once RFx initiator accept the RFx Response, then it will go for an approval based on the limits and after final approval PO will be generated for that.
In our system we could see, there are few RFx's didnt have PO though related response is approved. When we checked, we found that, both RFx & Response doesn't have the value on Purchasing Organisation and Purchasing Group fileds. Both fields are empty now in RFx & Response. Because of which PO didnt get created for those RFx's.
Can any one let me know, what could be the reason and how we can approach with this issue. Please find the attached screen shot.
