SRM Shopping Cart Alert content

Hello,

We have a requirement where an alert is generated when a shopping cart is rejected through sourcing cockpit, we would like to have our custom message in the alert email content. We need to have Shopping cart number and buyer in the alert email content and they are not available in the container. If i add container element BUS2121 in ALRTCATDEF for SRM_SOCO_COMPLETE, i am not getting any data into the new container element BUS2121. Do i have to feed values to new container elements from any BADI?

Any ideas???
