Making Field Supplier Input field as Read Only

Hi All,

        I want to make Supplier Input field in Source of supply/Service Agents tab as read only.Can anyone suggest the right approach for that.

I am trying to do at SPRO.Do i need to set it at ITEM level or Header Level
