Empty G/L Account number in Account Assignment does not error on check

Hi All,

When removing the G/L Account number in account assignment tab of shopping cart line, the system does not issue standard error message. I debugged and found out the message class to be BBP_PD and message number as 083.

we are on SRM Release 740 SP 003.

I have maintained entry via:

SM30 -> View name BBPV_PDMSG -> Create new entry with application area: BBP_PD, Message number: 083, Obj type: BUS2121, Allowed E,

standard E.

then

SPRO->SRM Server -> CA basic settings -> message control -> influence message control

But still the error is not getting triggered. Is there any SAP Note which needs to be implemented to resolve this issue or any configuration need to be done. Any lead on this issue will be helpful.
