Dear Expert,
We are facing one issue regarding offline Shopping Cart approval. One of our user trying to approve shopping cart from his ipad and iphone but its not get approve. We are getting mail in SOIN but approval status doesn't change. Another user is approving from iphone for that user its working properly.
There is difference in content of mail receiving in system from both user.Wanted know any setting need to be done in Iphone.??
