TAX_CODE in RFX SAP SRM

Hello to all.

I would get a support.

I am participating in a project to implement SAP. EHP6 ECC 6, SRM 7 EHP03.

We will have the RFQ in SRM. The scenario is as follows:

- The purchase requisition is created in SAP ECC;

- The request is migrated to SRM and turned into shopping cart;

- The basket is available in SoCo;

- An Auction or RFx is created on top of the cart;

- Features for the quotation is inserted;

- The provider participates with the bid;

- The buyer makes the comparison of bids;

- The buyer sets the winner;

- Buyer creates a subsequent document (Order or Contract);

- The document is migrated to the ECC, created as memorized.

My questions are as follows:

1 - You can create an approval so that the purchase requisition reach SRM suffer her approval. This approval can be given for workflow? This workflow can be created from the group of goods?

2 - In creating the RFx, RFI I can insert a previously created? For example, I created an RFI for information after that I create an RFQ. I can put the RFI in the RFQ?

3 - In creating the RFx I can request identification of TAX_CODE (IVA)? I can still force the buyer to enter MUST 3 suppliers to participate?

4 - In bidding vendor is it possible to insert a TAX_CODE? This information (the supplier enter TAX_CODE) is common in projects which involves asking the SRM?

5 - After the comparison of bids the system indicates a vendor as a winner if I do not define this supplier suggested as winner criticizes the system somehow? You can do this?

6 - In the subsequent creation of the document (or contract Request) status which the document is created in ECC with SRM scenarios CLASSIC and CLASSIC EXTENDED? It is still not possible to enable the option to create subsequent document for certain users (by role)?

I wonder if the STANDARD SRM supports these issues, if not, what are the possibilities of development.

I thank you and I await a return.

att,

Pablo Coelho
