Cannot display Confirmation in SAP SRM Portal

Hi All,

I am unable to Display Confirmation on SAP SRM Portal when I click the Confirmation link from Related Documents tab in Purchase Order.

It gives error message -

"Error in backend communication; inform system administration"

One user can display it but another cannot.

I checked with Basis team, they replied that both have got same roles and security profile.

This Confirmation document has status - Posted in the Backend.
