We need to extend thousands of vendors to SRM Local Purchasing Org after these are replicated from ECC to SRM.
There is an option of 'Without Reference to Backend Purchasing Org.', can anyone please help me with how to use this option?

Hi,
We are having an issue with our CCM catalogues in SRM. All of our supplier catalogues within Facilities Management catalogue disappeared.
Any idea why these catalogs disappeared all of a sudden ? we want this not to happen in future.

Hi,
I have configured extended classic scenario, in this moment I can send PO from SRM to SUS and vendor create purchase order response without problem, my issue is when purchaser access to Purchasing area and accept a Purchase Order with a little difference versus original Purchase Order, system creates correctly new Purchase Order Response and copy information to original, but Status that screen display for Purchase Order is still "ORDERED" even do this document now is "SAVED" when I display in list of Purchase Order and needs to be Order by purchaser to send to approval process.

Hi Experts,
We are adding 2 custom header fields FIELD1(char 20) and FIELD2(description of FIELD1, char 255) to SRM PO screen. CI_EKKODB and CI_EKKODBX structures enhanced in ECC to add these fields to EKKO table. FIELD2 is getting populated in EKKO table when PO is created but FIELD1 is not getting populated.
Enhanced the inbound BADI(BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI) in ECC (IF_EX_BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI~BBP_MAP_BEFORE_BAPI) for populating bapi_extensionin. Populated values are reaching ECC fine and can be retrieved within this BADI, but even if we map both the fields only one field updates in EKKO.
Tried maintaining table BBP_CUFMAP in ECC for both fields but no success.

i have checked in Trex also,it is working fine.

I have a custom requirement to populate the currency (exchange rate table) section by default with the values from the custom table
in Bidder Tab of RFX.I tried to populate the et_exchrate table(exporting parameter) with the currencies from the custom table in
BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI implementation as below.
If IV_MODE = ‘C’,
Then in the ET_EXCHRATE table, populate multiple currencies maintained In the custom table, for each currency add the following row:-
GUID = get_exchange_rates
IMPORTING
et_exchrate = lt_pdo_exr
es_header = ms_pdo_header_curr
eo_meta_data_handler = mo_meta_data_consumer
CHANGING
co_message_handler = mo_pdo_message_consumer.
Could anyone please help me why the exchange rates which are changed using doc_change_badi is not received in the above method?
Could anyone also please tell me how to enhance the refresh method?If i try to enhance the refresh method,i am getting few errors
such as facade object not found.Is there a way to enhance the refresh method?

Hi SAP gurus,
I have one limit Po with time frame (say for example 10.03 to 10.06), when i am trying to create confirmation after the time frame i.e. 10/06 , i am able to create confirmation but it goes in error in process. While checking it does not show any error. In RZ20 we have error in creating service entry sheet in backend. We are in SRM 7.0 using ECS.
Is there any configuration settting in SRM, so that we can stop creating confirmation in first place. While creating confirmation it should show SRM error as time frame is in past for purchase order.

We have SRM7.0 ( SP09) with ECC6 having Classic Scenario.
We are trying to create a PO in ECC from the selected BID (Rfx Response). While creating PO we are getting an error:
Updating could not be completed
I debugged and found that the PO create BAPI is successfully getting executed (so there is no error with the transaction data) but it is getting errored out while doing commit.
The specific error being
S& 150 Updating could not be completed
I have gone through threads related to this error and all of them speaks about maintaining Default Output deivce & check Output immediately option for the RFC user from ECC to SRM. I has also maintained the same but still no luck 
The strange thing is we are not getting this error in our development environment. This is happening in QA (we have not yet gone live).
Any clue please.

Dear all,
We are having an issue while enabling Item Category in a Contract items.
In Quality System, this field is enabled: User can modify the values of the field.
In Productive and Development System can not.
We have been debugging, but unfortunately we just can not find the root cause of the difference..
Any clue about how to solve this issue???

Hi All,
We just noticed that when viewing POs in SUS, the delivery schedule lines for a PO line item are listed in chronological order when in display mode, but in sequence order when in edit mode. This is confusing to our suppliers.
Anyone know any way to change this? Or is this standard functionality?

I dont want to redued the percentage of that employee for any Pgroup. So that employee can access both the P.grp ?
Is it in giving the authorization in SU01 tcode for both the P.grp ?
And
How we can split the percentage of any employee in org str ?

For one of the user i am getting below error while contract creation.
"'Attributes for user SAWEEM01 could not be determined"
And when i am checking in Users_gen , i found out that user is consistent but i am getting one error that email address is missing.
Now, when i am checking the same issue for different user , i found out that in users_gen , same error pops up that email address is missing but that is sucessfulll in contract creation.
How it can be possible ??

Hi,
I have a problem with a Purchase order where the Buyer is trying to change the price of the item and when the Buyer try to Order the PO, SRM give the message "Error has occurred in pricing".
This message BBP_PD 353 occurs sometimes and in some cases disappears for itself.
Anyone know this message/error and how to solve this?
We are on SRM 550 SP23 and SAP ECC 617 SP9.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi All,
We are using Plan Driven procurement scenario. We are adding components in the maintenance order in SAP PM which is creating a PR in ERP. When we replicate the new PR using the RFC program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER it is replicating fine and creating a shopping cart. So far no issues and everything flowing fine.
Now when I add an additional component item in work order, PR is updated with new line and I execute RFC program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER to transfer the changes to SC. Report executed but the replication is failing in SRM with error message Enter an item type(/SAPPSSRM/HIER002). When I debug the flow from ERP to SRM, BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE FM is being called with already existing cart no and new item and failing because no ITEM_PROCESS_TYP, EXLIN in BBP_PDIGP is getting determined and also the below field in BBP_PDISS is not getting determined.

This happens only in change scenario as create scenario is working fine. I am not able to figure out why these are not getting updated and how they are updated. Any help to resolve my issue would be much appreciated.
